🔨 Field Crew Friday | Where Architecture Meets Outdoor Living 🔨
This week we’re highlighting a remarkable 22’ x 28’ Avalon Series Hip Roof Pool House — a project that blurs the line between outdoor structure and custom home addition.
Thoughtfully designed to complement the existing residence, every architectural detail was selected to create a seamless extension of the property while delivering a destination for entertaining, relaxing, and gathering.
Highlights include…
✨ Expansive 28’ x 18’ covered pavilion designed for year-round outdoor enjoyment
✨ Functional 16’ reverse gable with open Maple Leaf detailing, creating a dramatic focal point and adding architectural depth
✨ HardiePlank siding and custom Boral trim package crafted to mirror the home’s existing design language
✨ 10” smooth Boral columns that establish a substantial, estate-quality presence
✨ Tongue-and-groove stained pine ceiling throughout the pavilion, bringing warmth and character overhead
✨ Custom two-tier entertainment bar designed to accommodate premium outdoor cooking and hosting experiences
✨ Framed gas fireplace feature wall, creating a natural gathering point for family and guests
✨ Finished bathroom interior with painted nickel-gap walls and ceiling for a clean, refined aesthetic
What separates a great project from an exceptional one is attention to detail. Matching existing trim profiles. Aligning architectural proportions. Selecting materials that feel intentional from every angle.
The goal was never simply to build a pool house. The goal was to create a space that feels as though it has always belonged. A place where craftsmanship, comfort, and architecture come together effortlessly.
Luxury isn’t defined by a single feature. It’s revealed in how every detail works together.
What feature would be at the top of your pool house wish list?
