Homestead Structures Luxury Outdoor Living, Built to Belong
Custom Pool Houses, Garages & Pavilions — Handcrafted in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

Homestead Structures was founded in 2003 as a way to supplement our family’s dairy farm and serve the local community. What started as a small side project quickly grew as we recognized the demand for high-quality, beautifully designed sheds, pool houses, garages, and other custom structures throughout Central Pennsylvania and beyond. Today, our team includes more than 20 skilled builders, installers, and operations specialists, and our handcrafted structures can be found all along the East Coast—and even in select locations across the country.

Fall in Pennsylvania means warm afternoons… and the occasional passing shower. ☀️🌧️
This 17×21 custom attached pavilion in Phoenixville, PA keeps the back porch in use when the weather changes. It gives you shade on bright days and stays dry during a light rain, so the TV, the comfy chairs, and the conversation can continue.
Built right off the house, it turns the backyard into a real outdoor living room: a vaulted gable with a stained ceiling, clean white columns, and an easy step out to the pool.
Planning next season's backyard? Fall is the perfect time to design it, so it's ready when warm weather comes back.

🍂 The pool may be closing. Your backyard doesn’t have to.

Imagine crisp evenings under your pavilion, a cozy blanket, your favorite drink, and friends who stay a little longer.

A thoughtfully designed outdoor space gives you more reasons to step outside—and more moments to enjoy at home.

At Homestead Structures, we build custom pool houses and pavilions around the way you want to live, gather, and entertain.

Your favorite place to spend the weekend could be right in your own backyard.

🔨 It’s Field Crew Friday ⚒️—and here’s a look at the work behind that vision.

Soaring ceilings. Natural light. A covered space that invites you to stay outside a little longer. This Homestead project is taking shape, one careful cut and detail at a time.

Today, there are ladders, tools, and finishing work ahead. Imagine what comes next: dinner with friends, slow Sunday mornings, and family gatherings you’ll want to host again.

That’s why we build. And it’s why we’re proud of the crew bringing every detail together.

Thinking about a custom pool house or outdoor living space for 2027? Let’s talk about what you have in mind.

In a world of mass production, sometimes the best way to build something exceptional is to refuse to do it the easy way.

Our Amish craftsmen operate entirely independent of the standard power grid, relying on solar and mechanical energy. We handcraft each structure with loving attention to precision detail and a tradition of excellence passed down for generations.

It’s the Homestead Way.

Where in your business do you choose the ‘hard way’ because it leads to excellence? Let us know in the comments.

Craftsmanship isn’t defined by the age of the tool: it’s defined by the intentionality of the craftsman.

This Labor Day weekend, we're celebrating the who bridge the gap between our Amish heritage and technical innovation.

By combining time-honored traditions of handcrafted quality with off-grid power in our workshop, we build structures made to last for generations.
