The ceiling height you see all starts with the design you do not!

For this week’s , we’re looking at Building Information Modeling, or BIM. MODLOGIQ uses detailed models to coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with the building’s structure and architectural elements before installation begins.

This process helps project teams pinpoint potential conflicts early on, plan penetrations and equipment locations, and make efficient use of available space. Better coordination before construction means fewer surprises during installation.

This past weekend we held a Co****le Tournament and Scholarship Fundraiser in honor of Joe Kecki that brought friends, family, and colleagues together for a day of friendly competition, great food, and meaningful connection. 🧡

Thanks to everyone who participated, donated, volunteered, and helped organize the event to support the scholarship fund established for Joe’s son, Liam.

Most of all, thank you to Joe’s family, our MODLOGIQ team organizers, and every person who helped make the day so special. Joe's legacy and the generosity shown in his memory was a great reflection of the community he was apart of.

More progress at Syracuse University 📚

Our student housing project continues to move forward, and it is exciting to see how quickly this four-wing residence hall is coming together on campus.

Spanning 286,000 square feet and built using more than 1,800 prefabricated light gauge steel wall panels, this project showcases how off-site construction can help higher education facilities expand faster while maintaining quality and efficiency at scale.

From fabrication to installation, every phase of this project reflects the power of collaboration and smart planning. Proud to continue working alongside New Edge Contractors Inc., The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, and US Frame Factory as this new student housing community takes shape.
