I’m excited to officially announce that I have acquired Meyer Development Solutions, an established construction company with 27 years of experience building custom homes here in Maine.
The previous owner will be staying on for the next year to ensure a smooth transition, maintain the relationships that have been built over nearly three decades, and make sure we continue doing things the right way.
And truthfully—there’s no sense reinventing a wheel that’s been turning successfully for 27 years. Maybe I’ll just buff it a little. It’ll have a name change slightly to Meyer Development Co.
The biggest change is what we’re adding.
EverHaven Stone Works will now become the full outdoor construction and design division of Meyer Development, expanding what we can offer our clients from the home itself to the entire property surrounding it.
Custom homes. Renovations. Outdoor living. Hardscapes. Landscaping. Shoreline work. And complete property transformations.
One company. More capabilities. The same commitment to quality craftsmanship.
This is a huge next chapter, and I’m incredibly excited about what we’re building.
