Front Yard Transformation Complete! 🌿🪨

This project completely changed the look and functionality of this property! We used over 200 tons of natural sandstone boulders to build a 130-foot retaining wall featuring beautiful natural stone stairs. Once the wall was complete, we trucked in 500 tons of fill dirt to regrade the property and create a large, usable front lawn that now wraps around the home.

Safety was becoming a concern on this one.

Sections of this old Barnstone retaining wall were failing and beginning to fall into the driveway. We removed the unstable wall, excavated and re-sloped the hillside, then installed filter fabric and rip rap stone to stabilize the bank and prevent future erosion.

This approach provided a safe, durable, and cost-effective solution without the expense of building a new retaining wall.

Proud to complete another improvement project for Coventry Local Schools!

This project included multiple upgrades across the school grounds to improve both appearance and functionality:

✔️ Installed 75 tons of large cobble stone behind the football field end zone for added drainage and erosion protection
✔️ Removed and replaced an old failing timber retaining wall with a new Versa-Lok retaining wall system
✔️ Repaired and leveled 22 settled areas throughout the football field and restored the turf with new grass
✔️ Fixed worn and damaged grass areas around the elementary playground
