New homeowner who found us on the Landenberg Facebook site. I went and looked at these areas this past Sunday, but she got lucky due to the rain we had today
Family room/kitchen – both ceilings, only primed/prepped and painted in flat white
Bedroom – remove border/prepped and painted all walls in an eggshell finish color from Sherman Williams -SW 9137 Niebla Azul
Ceiling in flat white
Homeowner had the paint for the trim going back to the same existing color

Primed and painted a new built-in to a semi gloss white

Painted guest bathroom-ceiling in flat white
Walls and Sherwin Williams color drift of mist
All trim, including doors and semi walls white
