Fresh paint won’t last if the old coating underneath is already failing.

This metal barn had areas of loose, peeling, and flaking paint that needed to be addressed before repainting. Rather than completely stripping every square inch, we abrasive blasted the building to remove the failing material and get it properly prepared for a fresh coat of paint.

Projects like this are a great example of how surface preparation can be tailored to what the job actually needs. Sometimes a complete coating removal is required, while other times the goal is simply to remove everything that’s loose and failing and leave a sound surface for repainting.

We recently completed this sailboat trailer in Middletown, Ohio, removing the old blue paint and surface rust to expose clean steel and get it properly prepared for a new coating.

New waterproofing is only as good as the surface underneath it.

This concrete foundation had an existing waterproofing coating that was failing and needed to be completely removed before a new waterproofing system could be applied.

We came in and abrasive blasted the foundation, removing the old material and exposing clean concrete so the next contractor has a properly prepared surface to work with.

Fire damage doesn’t always mean it’s time to replace it. 🔥➡️✨

This dumpster had a fire inside that left it with burned coating, rust, and a pretty rough exterior. We came out and gave it a quick sandblast to remove the damaged coating and clean up the steel so the customer could get it repainted and back into service.
