Another project underway for OLYMPUS CONSTRUCTION! 💪

Our crew has been hard at work this week removing deteriorated concrete sidewalks, excavating existing material, and preparing the area for new concrete installation.

✅ Excavation & site preparation
✅ Installation of compacted stone base
✅ Formwork & preparation for concrete placement

🚧 PROJECT UPDATE | PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION 🚧

Another project moving forward for OLYMPUS CONSTRUCTION!

Our crew is hard at work excavating and preparing the first of two parking lots for new asphalt installation.

From demolition and removal of the existing pavement to excavation, grading, and proper base preparation, we’re laying the groundwork for a durable, long-lasting finished surface.

Another project moving right along for Olympus Construction!

A tremendous amount of progress has been made as we continue transforming this space from the ground up!

✅ Underground Plumbing – Completed
✅ Above-Ground Plumbing – Completed
✅ Electrical Rough-In – Completed
✅ Structural & Interior Framing – Completed

With these major phases behind us, we’re preparing to move into the next stage: DRYWALL INSTALLATION!

There’s a lot of work that goes on behind the walls before the finished product comes together. From underground infrastructure to framing and mechanical systems, every phase plays an important role in bringing this transformation to life.

Stay tuned as we continue making progress and this project takes shape!

Today, Olympus Construction joins our nation in commemorating the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

We remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, honor the courage & sacrifice of the first responders & recognize all those whose lives were forever changed by that day.

25 years later, we remain united in remembrance & gratitude.

🔥 FROM FIRE DAMAGE TO FULLY RESTORED 🔥

A complete 3rd-floor renovation following a fire incident- bringing this space all the way from exposed framing & demolition back to a clean, finished living area.

This project included a complete interior rebuild featuring new walls & ceilings, flooring, trim, paint, electrical finishes & a fully renovated bathroom w/ a new shower & tile.
