A 100+ year-old Brooklyn bathroom, rebuilt from the ground up. 🛠️
Renovating a bathroom in a century-old NYC home comes with its challenges, but we couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out.
We wanted to preserve a timeless, traditional look while bringing everything up to modern standards. White subway tile across the walls, black accent tile, classic black-and-white marble mosaic flooring, elegant matching brass fixtures, a beautiful new tub, and a wide recessed niche to complete the look.
But the real work started long before the tile went up. We rebuilt the entire room from the floor joists to the new walls, making sure everything was perfectly straight, square, and level. That attention to detail is what allows the finished tile work to look this clean.
We also installed a fully custom vanity, replaced all the plumbing, electrical, and heating, and spray-finished all the new trim, crown molding, and door for a flawless finish.
Beautiful results start with the work you don’t see. Every detail matters, from the structure behind the walls to the final finishing touches
