⚡ BACK AT WHEELER CLINIC! ⚡

CE Electrical Contractors originally completed work at Wheeler Clinic back in 2017 for Enterprise Builders, and we’re excited to be back nearly a decade later — this time working with Nosal Builders on renovations across two separate floors.

Here are some progress pictures from the first phase of this multi-phase project. Our current scope includes:

⚡ New light fixtures
⚡ New lighting controls & switching
⚡ Access control & door systems
⚡ Electrical work for new offices and expanded spaces

There’s plenty more to come as the project continues through its upcoming phases.

It’s always great returning to a facility we worked on years ago and being trusted once again to help bring the next chapter to life.

Boot Barn Waterford — Project Progress ⚡️🐎

Here are some progress pictures from our Boot Barn project at Waterford Commons in Waterford, Connecticut, as we head into the final stretch.

This has been a fast-paced project with a very aggressive schedule, requiring consistent manpower over the past two months and a substantial amount of lighting and electrical work.

We’re on track to wrap this project up by the end of August and move on to the next one.

Great job to our CE foreman, project manager, and entire field team for keeping everything moving, coordinating the work, and making sure we continue to hit our deadlines.

⚡ NEW PROJECT AWARD | New Britain, CT ⚡

CE Electrical Contractors is proud to have been awarded the electrical work for the complete renovation of this 6-family property right here in New Britain.

This building had been sitting abandoned before being purchased by a developer with a vision to bring it back to life. The interior has been completely reframed, and our team will now be completing a full electrical installation throughout all six apartments, along with a new 400-amp electrical service with seven meters — one for each apartment plus an owner’s meter/panel for the common areas.

As a New Britain-based company, it’s especially rewarding to be part of projects that take vacant and distressed properties and turn them back into quality housing for the community.

We’re proud to play a small part in making New Britain better, one property at a time. 🏢⚡

CE Electrical Contractors is excited to announce that we’ve been awarded our first Boot Barn project in Waterford, Connecticut!

This project is especially exciting because it’s in a shopping plaza we’re very familiar with. Over the years, we’ve completed electrical work for both Dick’s Sporting Goods and Bath & Body Works in this same plaza, and we’re proud to be back for another major retail build-out.

This former Party City space is being transformed into a brand-new Boot Barn, and we’re handling the electrical scope, including:

• Temporary lighting installed and the jobsite ready to go
• Over 1,200 feet of strut to mount the new lighting system
• Complete new LED lighting
• New rooftop unit power
• New lighting controls
• New checkout/cash wrap electrical
• Electrical modifications utilizing the existing service gear

These are the before photos—stay tuned as we take you through the entire transformation from an empty retail shell to a finished Boot Barn.

Today, CE Electrical Contractors proudly celebrates 250 years of American independence and the freedoms that make this country so extraordinary.

As electricians and builders, we’re honored to help power the homes, businesses, schools, hospitals, and communities that keep America moving forward every day. We are grateful for the hardworking men and women who came before us, those who serve our country today, and everyone who continues to build a stronger future.

⚡ Powering the future, one phase at a time. ⚡

We’re on-site at a 580,000 sq. ft. facility, completing a major electrical infrastructure upgrade.

🔹 Installing a new 3,000A underground service
🔹 Running multiple underground conduits for an Eversource loop feed
🔹 Installing new feeders from the utility to the new switchgear and from the switchgear into the building
🔹 Tying into the existing bus duct
🔹 Retiring the original 1968 GE switchgear and aging 15kV equipment

And this is only Phase 1.

This multi-phase project will also include another 3,000A service and a 2,500A service, bringing this facility’s electrical system into the future.

At CE Electrical Contractors, we specialize in complex, large-scale electrical projects that demand experience, precision, and planning.

Today we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness are the reason we enjoy the freedoms we have every single day.

We’re currently working on a full open-store remodel at Burlington Coat Factory Stratford, handling all work overnight to keep the store operating without interruption.

Scope includes:
• Swapping out lamps across the entire store
• Upgrading existing fixtures
• Installing new lighting controls throughout
• wiring up a brand new cash wrap

Working in an active retail environment takes coordination, precision, and a team that knows how to get in and get it done right without slowing down operations and that’s exactly what our guys are doing.

Great progress so far, and a great job by the team as always. 💪💪💪
