I always enjoy fun colors! This is a project in Shoreview where we opened up the wall to the hallway and dining area to give the kitchen much more room. Removing the soffits and adding an island really updates this space. The custom aqua cabinets tie in with the lovely wallpaper and beautiful tile backsplash. Check out the before photos!

The Mahtomedi project is starting to take shape! Plumbing & electrical rough in are done. We framed in some closets and built up the Flooring in the primary so it’s all one level . Drywall is complete and the granite countertop is installed. We’re ready for tile, so excited to see how the tile turns out😊😊💕

We’re back at the Mahtomedi project! Starting our second phase of the upper level bathroom and bedrooms. I am kind of sad about the vintage red wallpaper but excited about bringing this space up to date and making it more functional. Currently you can only use the tub as the ceiling height is so low. The tub will be removed, tiled shower and flooring will be added. The walls will be painted with fresh new colors. Demo has begun and today they will be framing in new closets and transforming the primary bedroom. See color ideas in the comments.

Sometimes we can just give your bathroom a facelift 💕. We kept the cabinets and existing layout but created a larger open shower space and updated with free standing soaking tub. We brought the calming ocean feel with large format tile and painted cabinets Laguna blue. Cambria Portrush countertops with KOHLER vessel sink and Delta Faucet pull all the colors together. Yes, we do small spaces! Often you see grand kitchens in the magazines but small kitchens are our specialty. Taking a small space and making it functional is one of my favorite challenges. See the before and after photos! Old hickory cabinets updated to fresh soft gray look with mosaic stained glass backsplash. I also love the hardware💕
