Some snippets from the camera roll for summer 2026

Somehow, our business page ended up with a Meta glitch keeping us locked out from the account but we finally have full access again! That is, of course, after many help tickets and some ugly fights with Meta’s AI help assistant 😬 if you’re wondering, replying “Talk to a human” 15 times in one chat gets you nowhere fast.

With that being said we do want to make customers aware of just a few things.

In an effort to streamline all of our processes and serve you better, our business 📞 line has been updated and can be called or texted @ 412-837-3494. It is also updated here on Facebook.

For those customers with our previous number, responses may be delayed. Please be sure to use the new phone number if making an inquiry for an upcoming project, estimation, general scheduling, or materials related questions. You will still be talking to a REAL human, however, all team members will have access to the line to be able to better serve you, so you may hear from someone different depending on the day and time. We are all able to access text threads, phone call histories, and voicemails to this line so do not fret or worry that you would have to re-explain yourself - this is giving us a better way of staying connected.

Additionally, for those of you considering larger projects for 2027 click the 🔗 in our bio to get started so we can get you on the books.

Hope everyone is able to enjoy a long weekend and never has to deal with the Meta AI help desk!

Still family-run.
Still getting it done.
Our new boss showed up in a bucket in November - she’s a little demanding.

We are feeling grateful for everything this year has brought us both personally and professionally. Thank you all for another great year, we can’t wait to serve you in 2026! 🍾 🥂
