This turf and cleanup project came together beautifully! We love taking a space that needs a little attention and turning it into something fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy. 🙌

Another job completed, another outdoor space transformed. 💪

We recently built this retaining wall right along the river, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 💪🏼🧱

Not only does it look great, but it adds structure, stability, and a clean finished look to the property while working with the natural landscape.

From excavation to the finished wall, StoneHaven Landscaping & Management is proud to take on projects that make a lasting difference.

🚨 Heavy Rain = Hidden Risks for Your Home!!! 🚨

Hello New Braunfels/San Antonio!

With the amount of rain and flash flooding we’ve been getting here in South Texas, you may be noticing something concerning… water pooling around your home or building's foundation.

It might not seem like a big deal at first, but water sitting against your foundation is one of the fastest ways to create serious (and expensive) problems.

💧 Why this matters:
When water collects and sits around your foundation, it can:
• Seep into cracks and cause structural damage.
• Lead to foundation shifting and/or settling.
• Create moisture issues inside of your home (hello, mold... 😬)
• Wash away soil, weakening support over time.

Your home is only as strong as the ground it sits on—and standing water is not your friend... ever.

🛠️ What you can do:
• Make sure your yard slopes AWAY from your home.
• Ensure that all downspouts are directing rainwater at least 5 feet out.
• Keep all drains and swales clear of debris and freely flowing.
• Consider drainage solutions like French drains or catch basins.

🌧️ Seeing water pool near your foundation right now?
Don’t ignore it and hope it dries up! That’s how small issues turn into big repairs.

At StoneHaven, we specialize in grading and drainage solutions designed to move water where it should go—away from your home.

📱Give us a call to (830) 475-7970 for an assessment before the next storm rolls through.

Stay safe and dry out there, and keep that foundation protected!
