Pro tip folks!

When renting equipment be sure to double check and verify that your phone didnt vibrate out of your pocket and into the machine somewhere.....definitely not speaking from experience using a zero turn the last couple days 😅

At This Rate, Home Depot Should Put Us on Payroll. 😅
We’ve spent so much time there that the lollipops should probably count as a business expense...those are a write off right? 👀

Our boy knows exactly where the candy is, and we know the Halloween monsters well enough to give a full tour:

“That one jumps. That one screams. That one scares the crap out of Dad.”

Got a project on your list? Give us a call and help us justify another Home Depot run and another lollipop 🤣

I Spy… 👀
Can you spot the 4 new bushes?

We replaced 4 bushes in a row of about 14, and honestly… they’re looking pretty good if we do say so ourselves. 😂

And can we talk about that black mulch?!🖤 It makes those new trees POP and gives the whole row a clean, finished look.

Sometimes you don’t need to completely redo a landscape to make a big difference. A few replacements, fresh mulch, and suddenly the whole space gets a little more ✨fancy✨.

Another little landscape transformation by Volkl Werks!

Another Day, Another Lawn Mowed!

This one had a steep hill....because apparently, mowing a lawn wasn’t enough cardio. The mower and I both got a workout, and gravity was definitely trying to get involved. 😅

Good thing we had our littlest helper on site! He’s closer to the ground, so naturally, he gets assigned all the stuff our backs don’t want to bend down for. 😂

He may not be the fastest worker on the crew, but he’s got excellent low-to-the-ground qualifications and he’s learning the ropes one blade of grass at a time. ❤️🤍💙

At Volkl Werks we cover every angle: lawn care, landscaping, irrigation and sprinkler work, handyman projects, outdoor lighting, CUSTOM Christmas Lights, and more.

You Might Be a Business Owner and a Dad If…

Your kid’s favorite toy is a Home Depot bucket.

Other kids are asking for the latest toys. Mine’s over here living his best life with a five gallon bucket....probably planning to start his own landscaping and irrigation company before he can tie his shoes. 😂

Honestly, he’s already getting familiar with the Volkl Werks tool box: buckets for landscaping, tools for handyman projects, and apparently endless opportunities to “help” Dad with irrigation by playing in the mud.

He’s still a little young to run the business… but he’s already mastered the art of turning a $3 bucket into a full afternoon of entertainment.

The Littlest Member of Volkl Werks

He may not be the most helpful helper just yet…. sometimes the job gets a little messier, takes a little longer, and requires Dad to keep one eye on the project and one eye on his tiny assistant.

But that’s okay. ❤️🤍💙

Every time he comes out to the job site, he’s learning something. How to use tools safely, solve problems, work with his hands, and take pride in a job well done.

It might start out messy, and those skills will take time to grow....but one day, he’ll have abilities he can carry into adulthood. Skills he can use, build on, and fall back on when life calls for them.

For now, we’ll take the extra “help,” the little lessons, and the memories. Because we’re not just building projects at Volkl Werks. We’re helping build a future, too. ❤️🤍💙

A Jack of All Trades…

How does that saying go? “Jack of all trades, master of none—but better than a master of one.”

That’s us at Volkl Werks … except when it comes to sprinklers and irrigation. 💦

We’re pretty handy with those! Our licensed irrigation technician knows his way around sprinkler repairs, new zones, heads, and getting your system to water where it’s supposed to.

And when it comes to the rest? Handyman projects, landscaping, concrete prep and sealing, outdoor lighting, and all those “while you’re here…” jobs, we’re happy to help.

So if your to do list is giving you a to do list, give us a call. We're happy to help!

Help Us Grow!

We’re going to be honest… slow season is a little slower than we’d like.

As a small, family and veteran owned business, those slower weeks hit a little differently. Every customer who calls us, every referral, every share, and every review genuinely makes a difference for our family.

So if you’ve trusted Volkl Werks with a project, we have a BIG favor to ask:

⭐ Leave us a review!
📲 Share our page!
👋 Tag a friend or neighbor who could use us!

You may not realize it, but a simple review or share can put our name in front of someone who needs exactly what we do.

And just in case you didn’t know everything we offer, we’re your one stop shop for:

🌱 Lawn & landscape work
💦 Irrigation optimization, zones, heads & coverage
🛠️ Handyman & general contracting
💡 Custom outdoor & landscape lighting
🎄 Custom Christmas lights
🌿 Landscape maintenance & mulch
🔨 And plenty of those “while you’re here…” projects 😂

We’re local, family owned, veteran owned, and we truly appreciate every person who chooses to support our little business.

We’re not just building a business....we’re building something for our family and teaching our boys what hard work, faith, and perseverance look like. ❤️🤍💙

If you’ve had a good experience with us, would you take a minute to leave a review and share our page?

It costs you nothing, but it means the world to us.
