Woolsey Design Build We are a design-build construction firm with locations in New Braunfels and Fredericksburg, Texas.

Founded in 2006 and led by a team with 25+ years of experience and a track record of hundreds of projects to successful completion. We are a design-build construction firm that was established in 2006. Our mission is to provide the absolute best experience for our clients. We specialize in design-build projects that allow us to guide clients from the conceptual budgeting phase through architectural design, engineering, permitting and construction. Our management team is also LEED certified and has extensive experience using energy efficient and sustainable technologies. These features include rainwater collection, solar systems, passive solar design, high efficiency insulation, high efficiency air conditioning systems and much more. We strive to help clients reduce and often eliminate utility costs through planning and smart design.

Another exciting project taking shape!

Lowden Lane Business Park is designed to bring flexible, functional commercial space to one of the fastest-growing corridors south of Austin. Located near FM 1626 with convenient access to IH-35 and SH-45, this area continues to see incredible growth as businesses look for space between Austin and Buda.

For Woolsey Design Build, projects like Lowden Lane are about more than putting up buildings. They’re about creating thoughtfully designed spaces where local businesses can grow, operate and become part of a thriving community.

Appleseed Apartments are almost complete!

This project has meant so much to the Woolsey Design Build team for so many reasons.

Located in New Braunfels, Appleseed Apartments represents more than the completion of another construction project. It represents months of planning, problem-solving, collaboration, and hard work from an incredible group of people who have been committed to bringing this development to life.

With 51 apartment homes and a $12 million investment, Appleseed is an exciting addition to a community that continues to grow. For our team, it has also been an opportunity to do what we love most build projects that have a lasting impact on the communities we call home.

Seeing Appleseed reach these final stages is incredibly rewarding. We’re proud of our team, grateful for every trade partner and professional who has played a role, and thankful for the trust placed in Woolsey Design Build throughout this project.

The KOA site in Fredericksburg is officially OPEN! 🎉

We’re excited to finally showcase this incredible Hill Country destination and all of the phenomenal amenities throughout the property. From cabins and covered wagons to RV sites, a lazy river, w**e tasting room, full court, and more, this project was designed to create an unforgettable experience for guests visiting Fredericksburg.

Woolsey Design Build was honored to be a part of bringing this project to life. Seeing a development move from plans and construction to a finished destination filled with guests is what makes what we do so rewarding.
