A look back at one of our hands-on microcement trainings, where the focus is on more than just learning how to apply a product. We love watching people go from figuring out their first application to getting comfortable with the tools, techniques, and process. Next training is January 11th-14th. New Braunfels, Tx. $2500 with lunch provided for 4 days. 💪

The CNC cut is only the first step.

After the EPS components are cut, each piece is reinforced, hard-coated and finished by hand before it is ready for microcement.

No saw blade.

The CNC hot wire follows the programmed profile through the EPS, leaving a clean component ready for the next fabrication step.

Not a shower tray this time. 👀

We’re taking Microtex somewhere new.

These EPS components are being cut for a complete custom outdoor kitchen. This is only the beginning—wait until you see it assembled and finished.

Another Microtex shower tray ready to go.

Custom fabricated from EPS, sloped for the exact shower dimensions and drain location, and built around a FloFX bonded fl**ge drain.

This is why we developed Microtex — better control over the shower floor before the microcement ever goes on.

Fabricated in New Braunfels, Texas. Shipping available nationwide. Flo FX

Microtex is moving beyond the bathroom. 👀

What you’re looking at started as blocks of EPS foam. Soon, it will become a complete custom outdoor BBQ area—grill, cabinet doors, waterfall edges and a seamless microcement finish.

This is only the beginning. Wait until you see it installed.
