Throwback Thursday… wayyyy back. 🦖👷‍♀️

Before power tools, before building codes, and apparently before dinosaurs learned to stay out of the jobsite, SFCD was already in the game.

We were reviewing plans, solving problems, keeping projects moving, and making sure the crew stayed on track — even when the crew had tails, horns, and a tendency to eat the materials. 😂

A lot has changed since then, but one thing hasn’t: SFCD knows construction.

Happy 1 Year Workiversary to our very own, one of a kind, project planner, material grabber, problem solver, pun master and top supporter,
Matt Baublet!

SFCD is so lucky to have Matt on our team. He truly is the best. He’s the first one to say “I got you Boss” and never backs down from a challenge. He spends time in the field and in the office being both the face of SFCD and the behind the scenes support. Thank you for all you do, it does not go unnoticed we appreciate you more than you know!

If you don’t have a Matt, you should get yourself one. Just not ours, he’s taken. (Both professionally and personally lol)

Here’s to one year down and 32.5 more years to go (per your contract) 😉🍻!

Just a little federal project gossip before the abatement starts. 💅🏽🏗️ Historic demo prep is officially underway at Randolph AFB.

Proud of our team for keeping safety, quality, and coordination at the center of every project. From groundbreaking to completion, we’re committed to getting the job done right. 🇺🇸🚧

Happy workaversary to Savanna Nava aka Batnana! Having you join our team has been such a blessing. You were the last piece to our operations team puzzle and we couldn’t do it without you.

We are happy to have you here at Semper Fidelis. From handling bid proposals, to preconstruction submittals, sub coordination, government correspondence and everything in between, we thank you for all your hard work! And an even bigger thank you to keeping Robo and Liz sane!

Here’s to many more years to come and many big things on the horizon!

🇺🇸 Allow Us to Reintroduce Ourselves 👷🏽‍♂️

We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in federal and government construction contracting. Our mission: Doing the right thing, the right way, for the right reasons.

We’re proud to share one of our recently completed projects, Phase 2 at the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center in Bonham, TX.

For this phase, our team completed asbestos abatement throughout the entire 5th floor, followed by the installation of new flooring and cove base, transforming the space from start to finish.

At Semper Fidelis Construction & Development, we understand the unique requirements of federal construction. From safety and compliance to scheduling, coordination, and quality workmanship, our team is committed to delivering projects our clients can count on.

As we continue to grow, we look forward to building new relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and continuing to serve the agencies that serve our country.

Not all Heroes wear capes, sometimes they wear denim and khakis and build kitchenettes. 🦸‍♀️

The crew is excited to head back to Ft Bliss for a recently awarded kitchenette project. Can't get enough of that Mountain View. 🌄

This is the team behind the pre-construction magic. ✨

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THESE THREE AWESOME LADIES

Rebecca Bonola, Savanna Nava, and Liz Baublet held it down this past month. Don't know what I would do without you.

Let's keep it rolling into August!

HELP US WISH LIZ A HAPPY 1 YEAR AT SFCD!!

Liz is part of our Operations Team here at Semper Fidelis. She wears many hats for us and wears them all exceptionally well. Today marks 1 year since Liz came to work with us and not a day goes by that we are not grateful for her and all that she does.

So thank you Liz, for going above and beyond, for putting our people first, for keeping your bosses sane and encouraging us all to keep working hard. You embrace and live by what our company strives for daily: Doing the right thing, the right way, for the right reasons.

We couldn't imagine doing this without you.
