UPI Construction is growing, and we’re looking for Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Southeastern Wisconsin.

We prefer candidates with experience in underground utilities and site work, but we also know the right attitude matters just as much as time in the seat. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn, we’re ready to invest in training the right person.

Experience operating excavators, loaders, or similar heavy equipment (preferred)
