We were called in after a previous contractor improperly installed windows and siding, allowing water to get behind the exterior and damage the sheathing. Before moving forward, we’re stripping the siding, replacing the damaged sheathing, and rebuilding it the right way.

Karma Builders is looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Representative to generate leads, meet homeowners, and close remodeling and construction projects. This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential for someone who knows how to sell and build relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate leads (door knocking, referrals, networking, inbound calls)
- Meet with homeowners to assess projects (decks, remodels, additions, etc.)
- Present estimates and close deals
- Follow up on open quotes and leads
- Maintain organized pipeline (CRM tracking)
- Represent Karma Builders professionally in the field
- Create an online presence with Karma Builders and help with reviews and marketing
- Ability to Participate in future social media content
