Just an AWESOME experience.Had Chris out to swap out my hot water tank.Chris was on time and professional. He took time to throughly answer any question that I had.The removal and installation was excellent. The new tank was installed level and all was done to code.He hauled out the old unit and hauled away all the packing materials.I've been using Frost and Kreitch for years now and it has always been the same thing over and over....Excellent customer service, quality parts and service from the technicians at a reasonable prices.

We had a bathroom leak. Aaron from Frost and Kretch found the problem in 5 minutes! He fixed it thoroughly and quickly! Frost & Kretch is just great! They have helped us many times!

I had Kevin Kretsch do service at my home today.He is honest and knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing for newer or older homes.I had slow draining in my tub and it was a simple solution taken care of.I have a Biden that was spraying water out of toilet and parts that needed tighten and a loose toilet seat.He is coming back to put tape caulk around bottom of toilet and in-between high raised toilet seat cracks above my Biden.He also cleaned my tub faucets that look brand new.Sounds like minor problems,but major work to me,as I'm dealing with my second hip surgery and major back issues.I would highly recommend Kevin,and so glad to get his help in doing the job correct,the first time around .He is a great example for the Business and very polite and knows plumbing.The people that answer the phone are polite and more than willing to help.

Great Service!highly recommend for any plumbing needs! I was having a major issue with my drain, and Anthony came out, snaked the drain, and got everything working properly again. He was very professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.What I appreciated most was that he was honest, got the job done quickly, and his pricing was very affordable and reasonable. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust to do quality work without overcharging, so I’m very grateful!Thank you, Anthony, for your excellent service!
