I wanted to make a seperate post for all the help today…
Thanks to our family for all their help with setting up and running the tables,
Doughnuts coming soon for donating cookies and doughnuts,
Riverbean Coffee for the lemonade,
Grandmas Kitchen food truck

Harris Hideout and the Village of New Athens for the tables.

We couldn’t have done this without everyone’s help!!!

Thank you everyone who came out today helping us celebrate 5 years in business and making donations for the school. We raised $310 for the school past lunch/book fees. We will be matching that the total donation will be $620.
If you would like do add to that or donate some school supplies there’s still time. Just send us a message and we can meet you for pick up. Thanks again for everyone’s support.
My plan is to drop off the supplies and money next week at one house or the first day of school.

Just a reminder of our Community day celebration on Sunday.
We will have Grandmas Kitchen food truck (menu attached), doughnuts and cookies donated by Doughnuts Coming Soon, and Lemonade donated by River Bean Coffee.
We will be selling sno cones, cotton candy, and popcorn for $1 (money goes to the school donations)
Bounce house
Small carnival games with prizes
Lollipops
Drinks
We will also be collecting school supplies (list attached) and monetary donations for late fees at school.
If you’d like to make a donation but are unable to attend or you’re a local business who would like to make a donation please reach out to us and we can pick it up. Our plan is to deliver the supplies and money at open house or the first day of school.
Thank you everyone for supporting our business these last 5 years and allow us to do this for the school.

We were just notified of an issue with the 3 food trucks for our event next weekend. So I am looking for 1 or 2 food trucks that may be available. We have doughnuts being donated from Doughnuts coming soon and lemonades donated from Riverbend Coffe Give us your recommendations.

We’re looking for tables for our community day next week if anyone has some they would like to donate. We need 4-5 to set up snacks and donation table.

Were getting closer to our 5 year/community day celebration. I have attached the school supply list for anyone interested in donating school supplies. They did say headphones are an item that are in high demand. If you have any questions please reach out.

Wanted to post an update for our community day celebrating our 5 years. We have set a date of August 2nd from 1-4. We have 3 food trucks lined up as well as the bounce houses. So save the date and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone. Reminder we will also be taking donations of school supplies or monetary donations to help those behind on book fees or lunch balances.
