We apologize for not being able to get to each and every one of you as quickly as you would like. As a small team, we are doing our best to address everyone's work in a timely manner. Some of you may know that one of our team members was injured (sustaining a broken neck a couple of weeks ago while cleaning up storm damage). Additionally, we had a week of rain, which has slowed us down. Despite these challenges, we are still striving to get to everyone as quickly as possible.
