Whether it is foundation settlement, basement waterproofing, or concrete lifting our years of experience and quality of workmanship speak for themselves. Our talented team recently completed a structural stabilization and rebuild of a collapsed basement wall in New Albany. The late season heavy rains as well as questionable waterproofing by an inexperienced contractor weakened the wall to the point of failure. Our team temporarily stabilized the wall system and we worked promptly to get the client scheduled to begin the wall rebuild. The attached video gives a brief overview of a project that was completed in just over 7 working days from start to finish. 'We are not the best because we are the oldest, we are the OLDEST because we are the BEST'

you ready to see something pretty cool? Nice little time lapse video of porch steps being lifted back into place by Aidan Minzenberger. The step off the porch was a doozy before Aidan arrived. Don't live in fear of a friend or family member tripping up or down your steps. Give us a call at
812.282.2222 we will take care of the steps for you!

Our Teams have to often contend with the elements, rainfall, snow, ice, and heat waves. Our guys were a little startled this morning when they turned on the lights to a vacant home. It seems this snake was tired of the oppressive heat and decided to seek refuge in a basement we are beginning to repair today. This video was shot as they slowly coaxed the slithering reptile to the outside. No animals were harmed in the recording of this video.

Often we are asked what kind of things do we find when excavating a home. How about an entire tree trunk? There were two trees buried adjacent to the foundation and one directly under the footing. Our team worked safely to remove the timber and restore the home's foundation with resistance piers. We wood knot (pun intended) suggest building on trees unless you are a bird.
