We took an afternoon away from creating beautiful homes to give our own place a little TLC. Out with the old, in with the new! 🎨🔨 A fresh coat of paint, brand-new signs, and a few helping hands later… we’re looking pretty sharp!

Teamwork makes the dream work—and now we’re ready to welcome our clients with a fresh new look! 💙

Combined with a moderate new-construction premium of 40.5%, Indiana delivers the kind of well-rounded performance that this report is designed to reward."

States have a clear mandate to address housing affordability, so we are assigning grades based on how they are doing now and how well they are addressing the future, by building affordable homes. Data now updated for 2026.

“A Hickory Haven” is now complete, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this stunning A-Frame getaway with you.

From the very first drafting concepts to seeing the finished home nestled in the woods, this project has been such a rewarding collaboration. The owners have created an absolutely beautiful retreat, and their new fly-through + interior tour video says it all. 🎥✨

A huge shout-out to the owners of A Hickory Haven for bringing this vision to life — and for allowing us to be part of the journey!
