Decided to use Thanksgiving leftovers in a fun way…would you try this?!

Thanksgiving RAMEN!

I took regular broth, added chicken bouillon and then put in some leftover carrots and onions and smoked ham from last nights dinner…with Ramen noodles of course!

You know we have to post lots of food pics today! Thanksgiving treat #1: PUMPKIN cinnamon rolls with gooey cream cheese frosting! I am pretty happy with the result! My first time ever making cinnamon rolls from scratch AND adding a little autumn twist! Yummmmy breakfast to kick off Thanksgiving!

Ok. Hear me out, y’all! I made one of the weirdest, but tastiest pasta sauces I’ve ever attempted tonight! But it was DELICIOUS! This was a true Mr. & Mrs. collaboration just trying to use up some of our garden ingredients and random stuff in the fridge. 😂 I sauteed an onion with garlic cloves, basil, some bell peppers, and poblano peppers from our garden. I blended that all together and then added it into our garden tomatoes. Then we put in the meat from some bacon cheddar brats (without the casings) …the squishy Hy-Vee kind. 😜 We decided to pour that on top of some farfalle pasta with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese! Surprisingly yummy!

We have LOTS of freshly picked garden veggies for you to come grab! We are trying to sell, but we will take anything you can offer! Here’s what we have and the suggested price (feel free to haggle):

🍅Tomatoes: $1 for smaller; $2 for large
🍒🍅Cherry Tomatoes: 5 for $1
🥒Cucumbers: 2 for $1 for pickling size; $1 for the big ones
🥗Zucchini: $3 each; 2 for $5
🥒Pickles (some from last summer): $3 per pint; $5 per quart; $10 half gallon

After we returned from Florida, I decided to try my hand at a fresh made key lime pie!!! The results did NOT disappoint! Sweet & tangy custard, crunchy & sweet graham cracker crust, and a dollop of whipped cream! I think I’ll be making this again soon! 🤤

Hey FB fans!! We are back from Vacation and have a massive load of humongous cucumbers!! We have a few zucchini available(3) and we have some tomatoes not many yet.
