Ok. Hear me out, y’all! I made one of the weirdest, but tastiest pasta sauces I’ve ever attempted tonight! But it was DELICIOUS! This was a true Mr. & Mrs. collaboration just trying to use up some of our garden ingredients and random stuff in the fridge. 😂 I sauteed an onion with garlic cloves, basil, some bell peppers, and poblano peppers from our garden. I blended that all together and then added it into our garden tomatoes. Then we put in the meat from some bacon cheddar brats (without the casings) …the squishy Hy-Vee kind. 😜 We decided to pour that on top of some farfalle pasta with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese! Surprisingly yummy!
