This was a fun one! At least it had a lake front view! Three layers of asphalt shingles and one layer of wood shake! We even found wood from a boat with the CF numbers still attached! We re sheathed the roof nice and flat for a new layer roofing! 9000 pounds lighter with all those roofs removed!

This roof needed help! We striped and installed new title 24 roofing so it can be Energy efficient! The flat roof area is the new peel and stick a base coat with a shelf adhering Granulated roofing top! A nicer product compared to the traditional torch down flat roof!
