We were lucky enough to secure $50,000 in down payment assistance through Nevada County, and the whole process went shockingly smooth! 🙌

What an absolute honor it was to be a guest on Shayla Gifford’s RainMaker Mortgage Podcast!! ❤️🎙️

Sitting there talking about my journey really opened my eyes to how much I truly LOVE this career and how grateful I am for where life has taken me.

I’ve been through a LOT in life and there were times I never could have imagined being where I am today. I think that’s a big part of why I love helping people so much. Whether it’s helping someone buy a home, helping another loan officer in the industry, or just being there when someone needs encouragement.

I truly believe if I can build a life and career that I’m proud of, anyone can. Your past doesn’t have to determine where you end up. ❤️

I DID IT!! 🏅🔥 My first Spartan and I had SO much fun!

A few people told me 1:45 would be a great time for my first one and I finished in 1:12! 😳💪 and completed 17 out of the 20 obstacles! I’ll take it 😂.

I’m already thinking about next year because now I know exactly what I need to work on. 😂

Who’s doing it with me next year?! You have a whole year to train… so no excuses! 😂🔥

Next year I’m coming for those 3 obstacles. 💪.

Shoutout to my amazing wife for supporting me through all my crazy training 🤪.

And thank you to Debbie, Jackie Fitz, and Jackie M for keeping Sarah company today and cheering me on!!! ❤️

🎉 Two years ago yesterday , I jumped into the mortgage world, and I can honestly say I found exactly what I was meant to do.

I never imagined how much I’d love this career. It lets me combine my favorite things- meeting new people, building relationships, solving puzzles with numbers, and helping families reach some of the biggest milestones of their lives. ❤️🏡

A fun little milestone… by August 1st of my first year, I had closed 19 loans. This year, by August 1st, I’ve already closed 48! I’m so thankful for every client, Realtor, friend, and family member who has trusted me and supported my business along the way.

I still have BIG goals ahead of me, but I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and working my butt off and hustling every day.

Shoutout to Official Grass Valley Little League for letting me be one of your sponsors this year. I love being able to give back to such an awesome community! ⚾💙

Okay… funny story!! 😂

This whole Spartan Race thing actually started because I found a Spartan Race T-shirt at a thrift store and thought it was cool. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣

I started wearing it and people would stop me ALL the time saying things like, “Wait… you’ve done a Spartan?! Those are SO hard!!” I had absolutely NO idea how intense they were or how amazing the Spartan community was.

Fast forward to earlier this year- I started training for my very first Spartan Race in August!! 💪🔥 And let me tell you… I have a WHOLE new level of respect for everyone who’s done one. This training is no joke.

Now I guess I actually have to earn the shirt! 😂
Posting my video of doing a MURPH, which was insane and very challenging. I was toast on the push-ups 😂

A MURPH is a 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-Ups, 300 Air Squats, and a 1 Mile Run

Who’s done a Spartan before?! Any tips?! Better yet… anyone want to train with me or do the race together in August?! 🙌

Random fact: I am wearing my Spartan T-Shirt today when I post this 😂
