We see it every year…
This is from a recent project for a local school complex. At least 50% of the panels (probably 125 of 250 total sections) had some crack or damage from the quality of the vinyl being too thin and brittle. You will 100% spend more money repairing a fence incorrectly installed in the first place over the course of its lifespan. Between leaning fence posts and more importantly gate fall backs, investing more in the original project will keep your fence maintenance free for many years. This was our 3rd time back in the last couple years to this property and to the credit of the original installers the insulation was of high quality as opposed to the actual material seen in the video.

4ft solid white vinyl w a transition to 6ft high solid w lattice installed in Avon last week. Please consider your areas weather seasonal conditions. Mother Nature is unforgiving and having a style of fence to protect against high coastal winds will help the longevity of your fence.
