Mini Excavator Operator – J&L Underground Construction

“Get in, we’ve got dirt to move.”

J&L Underground Construction is looking for a dependable Mini Excavator Operator (18+) who’s ready to work.

We’re not looking for someone perfect — just someone who:
• Shows up on time
• Isn’t afraid to get dirty
• Can take direction and work hard
• Has a good attitude and stays off their phone

Job Duties:
• Operate mini excavator for utility work (trenches, digging, grading)
• Assist with ground work when needed
• Work around underground utilities safely
• Help keep job sites clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:
• 18 years or older
• Some equipment experience is a plus (we can train the right guy)
• Must be reliable — this is not a “show up when you want” job
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions

Pay:
• Based on experience
• Opportunity to grow with the company

Location: Southwest Missouri (Joplin / Neosho area)

If you’re a hard worker and want to learn a solid trade, we’ll teach you.
