UPDATE‼️Just talked to the crew and they said they were wrapping it up. Should be finished soon if nothing else happens.

You may experience a water outage from the sewer plant to MJP. I don’t have a time frame of how long it may be but I will update accordingly.

THIS MONTHS DISCONNECTION DATE IS MAY 18TH. IF YOU HAVEN’T PAID ON YOUR BILL WITHIN THE PAST 60 DAYS, REGARDLESS OF WHATS OWED, YOUR WATER WILL BE DISCONNECTED. WE TRY WHEN WE CAN TO GIVE COURTESY CALLS BUT THATS NOT ALWAYS EFFECTIVE.

ATTENTION GOOSECREEK CUSTOMERS: I HAD POSTED YESTERDAY THAT THE WATER WAS GOING TO BE BACK ON IN 2 HOURS BECAUSE THEY HAD THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE AN EASY SITUATION. WE HAD TO TURN OUR WATER OFF BECAUSE OF A BIG LEAK AT THE APARTMENTS. THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FILL THE LINES UP AND THAT IS HARD TO DO WHEN YOU HAD A HUGE LEAK. THE WATER COMPANY IS REALLY SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE AND THEY ARE HOPING SOON THAT IT WILL BE BACK ON. WE HONESTLY COULDN’T FORSEE THIS SITUATION.

ATTENTION ALL FLEMING-NEON WATER CUSTOMERS: THERE HAS BEEN ALOT OF WEATHER RELATED LEAKS LATELY AND WE WOULD LIKE TO STRESS, THE CUSTOMER MUST HAVE THEIR OWN CUT OFF VALVE AT THEIR RESIDENCE. ALSO, PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF THE WATER AT THE METER. THE ONLY PERSON WHO SHOULD BE TURNING THE WATER ON AND OFF AT THE METER BARREL, SHOULD BE THE WATER COMPANY EMPLOYEES. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY WATER SITUATION, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL THE OFFICE FROM 8 TO 4 PM AT 606-855-7916. AFTER HOURS NUMBER IS 606-634-7274.
