In 2006 I was working with the daughter of Pearl S. Buck, Janice Walsh and her retirement plans, asset protection and land conservation of her home and farm circa 1854. A beautiful stone, log and timer home, barn and outbuildings were being threatened by large scale developers. We preserved it all, and showed her how to develop three new homes steeped with the Bucks County historic origins on conserved land, while keeping her home! Here are the three designs, my first ever!
