Arrow Constructions is hiring for a Concrete Conveyor Truck Operator. This position is responsible for driving, operating, and maintaining concrete/aggregate placing equipment. Operator must be highly safety oriented. Previous equipment operating experience a plus but will train the right candidate. Based out of the Marquette/Negaunee area, Arrow Constructions provides quality concrete & material placing throughout the entire Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Competitive wages based on experience.
Requirements for Employment:
• Must have a Class A CDL
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be dependable, punctual and have a good attendance record
• Must be willing to work overtime and possible weekends
• Mechanical skills preferred

Arrow Constructions, an Upper Peninsula concrete contractor is SEEKING QUALIFIED APPLICANTS for the following positions: Concrete Foreman(s) & Concrete Finishers:

Concrete Foreman:
Qualified applicant(s) must possess direct experience in the field of concrete construction, related activities and coordination. Responsibilities are overall construction tasks, ensuring appropriate use of equipment by employees, communicating progress on projects to a supervisor, maintaining schedules, arraigning for materials, equipment, and personal needed at the construction site, evaluating plans for each task, and training employees.

Concrete Finishers:
Applicants must have prior experience finishing concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk and floor slabs. Prospective applicants must be capable of handling high production concrete finishing independently and be willing to work extended hours.

All applicants MUST have a valid driver’s license, means of transportation and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Travel will be required throughout Upper Michigan and beyond. We are looking for competent, conscientious individuals who take pride in their work and are willing and able to perform demanding physical labor.
