Here’s something you don’t see very often! For this project the deck had to be completely reconstructed and new footings installed in order to add in this pavilion kit purchased by my client. We framed in the pavilion to create this awesome outdoor hangout spot for year round enjoyment! We finished the deck off by adding new railings. The homeowner will be installing windows and finishing all the trim work as well as installing lights, heaters, and a ceiling fan. Another project in the books with Dusty's Home Improvements .
