HIRING — LOOKING FOR 5–10 GOOD CONCRETE GUYS
📍 Neenah, WI
We currently have a solid 10-man crew, and with our workload continuing to grow, we’re looking to add another 5–10 good concrete guys.
We’re looking for people who are reliable, self-driven, and take pride in their work. If you say you can do something, you better be able to back it up. You will be tested on your ability and experience.
Looking for all levels:
• Laborers
• Concrete finishers
• Form setters
• Crew leaders / foremen
• Project managers
PAY: $25.00–$50.00+ PER HOUR
Pay depends on experience, ability, and position. If you're worth it, we're willing to pay for it.
Our workload is approximately 35–50% commercial concrete, with the remainder being residential flatwork:
• Driveways
• Patios
• Slabs on grade
• Sidewalks
• Other flatwork
Must be able to show up, work hard, take initiative, and work as part of a crew.
We have the work. We’re looking for the right people to help us continue growing.
