Saturday Service. Minimal Downtime. Maximum Commitment.

When one of our industrial customers experienced a malfunctioning 3000-amp main switch, they needed a solution fast. A failure at this level can bring critical operations to a halt, resulting in costly downtime and lost productivity.

Our team responded on a Saturday, mobilizing manpower, equipment, and materials to safely remove the failed switchgear and install a replacement as quickly as possible.

This project involved:
⚡ Coordinating an emergency shutdown and changeout
⚡ Removing the existing 3000A main switch section
⚡ Managing and reconnecting dozens of large feeder conductors
⚡ Rigging and setting the new switchgear section in place
⚡ Performing terminations, testing, and commissioning
⚡ Restoring power safely and efficiently

Another project in the books for Gritex Electric ⚡️

We recently completed a building extension for an industrial client, delivering a clean, reliable, and efficient electrical setup from top to bottom.

Scope included:• High bay LED lighting for bright, energy-efficient interior coverage• LED exterior lighting to enhance safety and visibility• New 75 kVA transformer installation• 200 amp, 120/208V, 3-phase panel to support expanded operations• 120V convenience outlets and twist-lock outlets for flexible equipment use

From power distribution to lighting, this expansion is built to perform and scale with our client’s needs.
