🏡✨ Big projects come with big rewards—and this one was no exception. We’re excited to share this 6-unit multifamily property near the University of Akron!

Originally built as a three-story duplex and later converted into six apartments (before we became involved), this property was in *desperate* need for a refresh. Our team stepped in to make improvements throughout the building, helping breathe new life into the space while preparing it for its next chapter.

This is the largest multifamily renovation we've completed so far, and we're incredibly proud of the work our team put into every detail. A huge thank you goes out to everyone who helped make this project a success!

Last week, we shared the private salon suites we created, but those suites were just one part of a complete salon transformation.
This week, we're showcasing the complete renovation of the main salon space, Salon Stiles in Akron.

We refreshed the entire main salon from top to bottom. We removed a wall at the front to create a more open, welcoming layout, addressed years of wear and tear throughout the interior, installed new flooring, applied fresh paint, and upgraded every station with new vanities.

The result is a brighter, more modern space that feels open, inviting, and ready to serve both stylists and clients for years to come.
