We’re looking for a skilled and reliable P1/P2 Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a supportive, hardworking crew—we’d love to hear from you.
This role focuses on residential and light commercial service work, so hands-on experience is a must.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
• Installing and servicing water heaters
• Handling basic fixture repairs and replacements
• Delivering excellent customer service on every job
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in residential/light commercial plumbing service (required)
• Plumbing and/or HVAC education and field experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude
Schedule & Location
• Based out of our Naugatuck shop
• Monday–Friday schedule (minimum 37.5 hours/week)
• Overtime opportunities available when needed
• Optional weekend work for emergency calls
