🌬️ Emergency Tree Removal – Storm Damage! 🌳

We responded to an emergency call involving a large, uprooted red maple (Acer rubrum) that had come to rest against a backhoe and become pinched between two trees, directly over a secondary power line and cable line. With multiple hazards involved, this was definitely an intense one!

Those winds were no joke! 💨 Looks like the November gales might be arriving early this year.

We recently removed several compromised red oak trees (Quercus rubra) that were overhanging this cabin.

These trees were hollow in multiple locations, from the base all the way up into cavities near the tops. They had already shed several very large sections onto neighboring structures, making removal especially important before the next storm.

This job came with plenty of obstacles — the cabin, multiple secondary wires surrounding the work area, and a septic system underneath that couldn’t tolerate large pieces being dropped on it.

With careful planning, controlled rigging, and the right equipment, we were able to safely dismantle the trees and protect the surrounding property.

Our customer was extremely happy with the results and can now sleep a little easier when the wind starts blowing. 💨🌳
