Our historic house/80s office project starts with splitting up the 1850s and 1989 sections - we’ll come back and put them back together once the foundation work is done.

This painting measures about 3” on a side and took me about 10 minutes (there was a lot of hemming and hawing) but having done it I feel like I’ve come out on the other side of a creative barrier and the better for it.

Sometimes small efforts have an outsized impact and I’m grateful to Miranda · gouache paintings · S&D Studio for guiding me through it.
