📣 WE’RE HIRING: OFFICE MANAGER
Levi & Grace Construction is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to help keep our office organized, our team on track, and our customers well taken care of.
If you’re organized, dependable, communicate well, and get a little satisfaction out of turning a long list of details into a clear plan, this might be a great fit.
This isn’t just a job answering phones and filing paperwork. Our Office Manager will work closely with our team, help take care of customers, manage schedules and information, and play a real part in helping Levi & Grace continue to grow.
We’re a construction company, so some days are predictable and some days... well, they’re construction. 😄

🗂️ What would you be doing?
A typical week may include:
📞 Answering calls and helping customers get pointed in the right direction
📅 Scheduling consultations, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
🗓️ Managing calendars and keeping track of upcoming commitments
💬 Communicating with customers by phone, email, and text
💻 Keeping customer and project information updated in Housecall Pro
📋 Following up on estimates, contracts, paperwork, and open items
📁 Organizing customer files, invoices, receipts, and project documents
🤝 Coordinating information between customers, our office, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
🔎 Helping manage leads and making sure people don’t fall through the cracks
🏠 Assisting with our Total Home Maintenance program
📊 Learning enough about QuickBooks Online to work within our system when needed
And probably a few things that don’t fit neatly into a job description. That’s small business.
👀 Who are we looking for?
You do not have to come from the construction industry.
You do not have to be a QuickBooks expert.
You also don’t need to know every piece of software we use on day one.
We can teach systems.
What’s harder to teach is being dependable, organized, trustworthy, willing to learn, and good with people.
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Pays attention to details
✅ Follows through when they say they’re going to do something
✅ Is comfortable talking with customers
✅ Can write a clear, professional email
✅ Can manage several responsibilities without losing track of them
✅ Is comfortable with computers and learning new software
✅ Can work independently and knows when to ask a question
✅ Takes pride in doing things right
✅ Wants to be part of a team for the long haul
