Before we encapsulate, we make sure the water has somewhere to go.

• Strip drain installed around the perimeter + problem areas
• Drainage stone added for proper water flow
• Everything routed to a sump pump
• Sump discharge plumbed through the block foundation and away from the home

Don’t just cover up a wet crawlspace - fix the water problem first.

We just finished spraying 2 inches of closed-cell spray foam in this 70’ × 30’ × 14’ building and topped it off with a clean black finish. 🔥
