Customer mentioned their toilet had been wobbly and leaking for a while. Once we pulled it, we found out why — it wasn’t properly secured, and there was nothing solid to bolt it to.

We filled the voids with hydraulic cement, installed a new fl**ge, secured everything with tapcons, and got it done right.

The customer had recently remodeled their bathroom and installed a new backyard deck, which she wanted a water source installed. The bathroom sink was leaking onto the countertop when the faucet was running due to improperly installed pop-up assemblies with overflows, which are not suitable for vessel sinks. Replacing both assemblies resolved the issue.

A 1/2" PEX line was teed off the 3/4" trunk line to supply water to the deck, where an antifreeze hydrant with individual shut-off was installed. Additionally, the front hydrant was replaced, and shut-offs were installed on all existing hydrants, resulting in another satisfied customer. 👍🏻

Commercial drain repipe on a 4 comp sink. Removed all that old unsecured copper and ran 2” PVC using split rings, allthread and tapcons into the tile to secure the new drain in place.
