🚨 We’re Looking for a Master Pool Repair Technician 🚨

EverBlue Pool Pros is growing fast in Middle Tennessee and we’re looking for a senior-level pool repair technician who actually knows their craft.

This is not an entry-level pool tech role.

If you can:

• Walk onto a pool pad and immediately diagnose plumbing and equipment issues
• Handle freeze damage, replumbs, autofill repairs, pumps, heaters, and filters
• Quote repairs accurately and explain them clearly to clients
• Lead or mentor other techs and correct work when needed

We want to talk to you.

💰 Pay: $25–$50/hr depending on experience

🚘 Company truck, fuel card, tools allowance

📍 Residential & commercial work across Middle TN

Freezing temperatures and winter weather are moving into Middle Tennessee. If you have a pool or spa, a few simple steps now can help prevent freeze damage and expensive repairs later.

Even a short cold snap can cause problems if equipment freezes.

✅ If your pool or spa is open and running
🔹 Keep the system running during freezing temperatures
🔹 Moving water helps protect plumbing and equipment
🔹 Do not drain water from the pool or spa
🔹 Proper water level protects skimmers, tile, and underground lines

⚠️ Power outages are the biggest risk
If circulation stops while temperatures are low, water inside equipment can freeze quickly.

If power goes out and you are comfortable doing so
🔹 Turn off the pool equipment breaker to prevent unexpected restarts
🔹 Remove pump drain plugs so water can drain
🔹 Open the filter drain and air relief
🔹 Leave the heater off
🔹 Leave valves open if possible

If you are unsure where any of these components are located or don’t feel comfortable, it’s best not to guess.
