Thank you to Hometown Plumbing Services, LLC for setting the drain and drain tile and also 517 Heating Co. LLC for pulling the A/C unit and getting it back in asap for these homeowners.

I worked very close with this homeowner on his project. There were a lot of moving parts with the new deck being built and him building his own retaining wall. Plans changed a lot, I made 4 trips before breaking ground. He did the retaining wall and under glow lights which really sets everything off. He did a great job. When the time was right we came in and poured the patio, antiqued and applied 2 coats of cure and seal. It feels good to finally see the vision come to life!

Grade is very poor at this house as it sits lower than any house on the lake. We did a lower patio with a 3 ft trench drain and raised patio sloped towards the lake. It will all be stamped with roman slate and we’ll be adding charcoal color hardener on a 7” border and antiquing the rest of the patio. Cant wait to see how this one turns out.
