What used to be a backyard shed is about to become something entirely different.

This project starts with removing an existing outbuilding to make way for a new detached accessory dwelling unit (DADU).

Right now it's little more than an empty patch of ground and a set of plans. Soon it'll be a fully finished living space.

We're excited to share this one as it comes together.

Leveling floors, straightening ceilings, and making sure everything that comes next is built on a solid foundation.
