On a big project, a lot of different trades often need the same space on the same day. It's called trade stacking. Electricians, plumbers, and other crews end up working above, below, and next to each other, and everyone has the same deadline.
At Dry Creek Water Reclamation Facility, our Industrial, Commercial, and Utilities crew handles it with intentional communication. Twice a day, once in the morning and once after lunch, they meet with the general contractor and every sub on site to work out who's working where. Then our own team goes over the specific spots in their morning and after-lunch talks and breaks into small groups to review their areas before they start.
It slows things down, but the job still has to get done. This is how it gets done safely.
