From an outdated edge-of-dock leveler to a brand new dock pit and leveler. 🛠️

Our team recently completed this dock upgrade for American Tire Distributors.

We removed the existing broken edge-of-dock leveler, coordinated the concrete work to cut and form a new dock pit, and finished the project with the installation of a new 6’ x 8’ McGuire mechanical dock leveler with a 35,000-lb capacity.

A great before-and-after transformation that gives this loading position a much more capable setup for daily operations.

We recently had the opportunity to upgrade the overhead door at Studio Paris in East Nashville, and what a transformation.

The existing non-insulated Overhead Door 620 Series had seen better days. The Studio Paris team wanted a solution that would:

✔️ Reduce noise and rattling during windy days
✔️ Improve temperature control inside the studio
✔️ Maintain the clean, modern aesthetic of their creative space

Our team installed a 10’ x 10’ C.H.I. 6242 Series insulated rolling steel door, paired with a LiftMaster commercial operator—delivering quieter operation, improved insulation, and reliable performance for years to come.
