Happy Labor Day from C&R Services! 👷👷‍♀️

Today, we’re taking a moment to celebrate and thank the hardworking men and women who keep our country moving forward—especially those who work with their hands and make things happen every single day. From construction and manufacturing to healthcare, transportation, service industries, and so many more, your work matters! 👏

Labor Day has been celebrated as a federal holiday in the United States since 1894, when Congress designated the first Monday in September as a day to recognize the contributions and achievements of American workers. What started as a movement to recognize the labor force has become a day to honor the dedication, strength, and perseverance of working people across our nation.

At C&R, we’re especially grateful for our incredible team in the field and in the office. The work you do, day in and day out, is what makes everything we accomplish possible.

Take a well-deserved break, enjoy time with family and friends, and know that your hard work is appreciated!

A big thank you to Venture Construction Company for the collaboration and partnership on this particular project. We’re proud of the work our team put into bringing this restaurant across the finish line.

Their sign says “Quality you can taste,” and we’re going with “Quality you can see!” 😉

We can’t wait to see more In-N-Out locations popping up across Middle Tennessee!

We’re incredibly excited to share that C&R Services has been selected as a 2026 PCA Craftsmanship & Painting Conference Scholarship recipient! 👏

The scholarship includes conference registration and a generous stipend, giving us the opportunity to learn, connect, and continue investing in our team and our craft. But we didn’t want to keep this opportunity for ourselves…we decided to surprise our Superintendent, Hector, with the registration! 🙌

Hector works hard every day helping lead our field team, and we’re excited to give him the opportunity to attend the conference, learn from industry experts, expand his knowledge, and bring that knowledge back to C&R.

We are so grateful to the Painting Contractors Association (PCA) for this opportunity and for supporting the continued education and growth of painting professionals. And a special thanks to our paint partners, Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams, for their letters of recommendation to help us secure the scholarship. 💙
