Good BBQ, great company, and an even better cause. 👟🔥

Charter Construction had a great time at this year’s BBQ in Red Shoes at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, connecting with friends and partners across the construction industry while supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville.

Thanks to the CLC of Middle Tennessee and AGC Construction Leadership Council of Middle Tennessee for bringing everyone together for another great event!

Building on an active hospital campus meant knowing what was happening on both sides of the fence. 🏥

Here’s a look back at the work behind the completed St. Jude Garage.

Take a look at Charter Construction by the numbers:

916 employees
849 working in the field
32 active crews

Behind each number is someone helping keep a job moving, solve a problem, or get the details right.

🔩 Progress continues on the parking garage at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), marking our first time working alongside Barton Malow.

Garage structures demand careful planning and coordination, especially on a campus that never slows down. At the center of it all, Murfreesboro continues to grow, and this project is part of that momentum.

Excellent work depends on solid relationships, and we make room for both. 🤝

Right now, The Motley is a busy construction site. One day, it will simply be part of Midtown. 🌆

The three-tower development is planned to bring new homes and commercial space to Church Street, adding a new place for people to live, gather, and spend time in the neighborhood.

We get to see the space before everyone moves in.

489 → 916. That’s a lot of hard hats. 👷

In 2021, Charter averaged 489 employees. Today, 916 people make up Team Charter, bringing their skills, experience, and problem-solving mindset to projects across Tennessee.

Additional growth means having the right people in place to take on complex work, support our clients, and keep delivering at the level they expect.

More people. More capability. Same commitment to doing the work the right way.

And we’re just getting started. 🏗️

Fletcher Hall is growing. 🎓

An 81,000 square foot expansion is taking shape at UTC's Gary W. Rollins College of Business, connecting with the existing Fletcher Hall across all four floors. 🏗️

We're glad to have a hand in a space that will serve the next generation of students.
