We believe that each design project should be grounded in a strong and well-articulated concept, capable of embodying issues of vision, site, functionality and community, yet sufficiently basic to stand the many tests of the design process. We see no conflict between a strong design concept and more practical issues such as budget, schedule and function. While there are many ways to solve a proble

m, our approach is to listen carefully and explore as many solutions as possible with our clients. Through this process we can find innovative ways to meet the challenge of the budget while satisfying spatial needs of the building users and property maintenance staff. All our projects, including the most modest in scope, are approached as opportunities for design excellence and long term sustainability, within the context of these practicalities.
