Remember this 2nd story addition we did a few years back? We headed back for more in 2024!

These home owners live on the cove that parties the most. They needed a tiki bar to go with it! 🍹

Tore down old shed, replaced with shed/tiki bar combo, replaced lower deck with composite, replaced all outdoor lighting, expanded patio pavers, pathways to the neighbors, poured sidewalk down the hillside to replace steps and built deck landing outside upper shed. Bar is complete with remote control garage door style opening just in time for football season!

Winter project north of Martinsville. Changed the roof line to be more flattering and upgraded to metal. Tore off old deck and stairs, reshaped and replaced with composite and cable guardrail. Added a 12x24 sunroom overlooking the pond. Replaced all cedar siding with smart siding and repainted the home. Upgraded the electrical panel and buried the line. Demoed front porch concrete and repored, added concrete patio off the basement, added downspout drains, regraded the yard and added retaining walls to divert water from the house and redid the flower beds with septic stone!

When we remodeled in 2020, neither of us were willing to move our desks in the old office. So literally 1/2 the room got a makeover. This meant each window had different trim and only 1/2 the room had the old wood wainscot. 🤷🏼‍♀️ We would tell visiting clients this side of the office is the before of a remodel and this 1/2 is the after.
🤣🤣🤣

Now we have a tenant moving in, so we had to make the whole room match and add a closet!

Gutted and rearranged this bathroom to a much better setup with added storage. We also replaced the flooring, vanity, fixtures and painted the other bathroom while we were there these past few weeks. Client said it’s now called the masterpiece not the master bath! 💕
